Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, board members and Property Managers. They are capable of resolving and mitigating emergency situations with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping themselves and a caller calm. Provides general administrative support while multi-tasking, will be able to handle a high volume of customers and be able to problem solve. We are seeking candidates with naturally outgoing and positive demeanor that are motivated and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Enter orders for processing
  • Follow up on open order items
  • Assist residents over the phone and via email
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Field phone calls and provide exemplary customer support
  • Field emails and provide exemplary customer support
  • Maintain consistent office hours
  • Manage resident correspondence timely to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications through data entry
  • Arrange for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests
  • Provide exemplary support to your resident clients and your colleagues

Requirements:

  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through similar work experience in a field related to the job. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Outlook E-mail.
  • Must meet reasonable deadlines
  • Must be accurate
  • Requires conflict resolution
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
