Our corporate office is in Brookhaven with regional offices strategically located across the Southeast. The goal of this position is to increase sales through effective business development techniques and proprietary competitive advantages. This position works closely with all levels within the organization to ensure all sales goals are achieved.
Job Summary
This individual will be fully responsible for executing within a performance-based culture.
Essential Functions
- Generate marketing materials for all divisions
- Conduct research on prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to develop best practices and aid in the development of BD plans, presentations, and proposals
- Utilize CRM platform to input and update sales activities, input contacts, and forecast business opportunities through revenue forecasting
- Lead the development of Responses to RFPs, customized pitches, and business development presentations (and any other collateral as necessary)
- Work with multiple departments throughout project development
- Manage, support and track projects with internal partners
- Initiate and attend meetings, brainstorm sessions, and other internal & external conference calls
- Create formal sales proposals and make professional presentations.
- Field leads through phone, internet, and other-initial points of contact.
- Identify areas of improvement on all forward-facing interfaces and marketing collateral
- Suggest edits to website for marketing purposes
- Generate blog topics, keywords and working titles for posting on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Regularly update social media platforms (weekly.)
- Provide creative direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience selling residential real estate management services, specialization in Association/HOA Management services a plus, and residential construction services
- Proven experience managing a sales vertical which meets or exceeds expectations.
- Proven track record of producing strong sales results within a multi-location environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to self-direct and work independently
- Effectively able to interface with senior management
- 50% local travel/25% regional travel
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Real Estate license a plus.
Salary Range
$80,000 – $100,000 annually Plus commission including benefits
