Marketing Manager

We are a smaller, fast-growing full-service IT consulting firm that is in need of a high-performance marketing manager who can implement, manage and improve the various marketing campaigns we are running. The ideal person for this position will be someone who is high-energy, detail oriented and never satisfied with anything less than perfection. Those looking for an easy “9-5” job and slower pace are not encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees project development, deployment, and effectiveness of market level business co-op in assigned markets
  • Conducts pre/post impact analysis to evaluate pilot plan performance
  • Captures, shares, and socializes best practices and innovation both at the market & local level
  • Develops recommended plan enhancements to optimize ongoing enrollment & recruitment marketing efforts
  • Collaborates with internal marketing channel/agency partners to collect feedback & create new opportunities for enhanced growth
  • Prepare and deploy email campaigns for clients
  • Generate more leads via search marketing, email, social media, and direct mail
  • Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rate
  • Advocate clients to write online testimonials for great service received
  • Produce recurring reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Delegate responsibilities to individuals to accomplish projects

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of marketing experience – advertising, PR, or other strategic marketing-related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, demonstrating a bias for action and exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams within an organization
  • Comfortable with data/analytics; makes decisions based on data

Salary: $55K-$75K
