Office Manager

Responsible for building and training of CSR’s/DSR’s. Answer inbound calls, maintain service schedules, dispatch HVAC Service Technicians, Plumbers, and Electricians. Oversight of outbound calling and maintenance plan renewal initiatives. Clear communications with other departments and conduct other administrative reporting/data entry as required. Aggressive pay plan based on experience and qualifications!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer & schedule inbound service calls
  • Oversee & manage multiple CSR’s
  • Provide a world class service experience to customers
  • Manage dispatch board for two days out to best schedule technician productivity
  • Oversee & communicate with technicians regarding status of traffic and parts status.
  • Oversee & communicate with customers regarding call status
  • Update customer data files as appropriate
  • Oversee outbound calls to customer to confirm calls
  • Oversee Outbound calls to offer specials, renew service contracts, schedule prepaid maintenance and follow-up with customer “Happy Calls”.
  • Assist in in basic accounting and monthly reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Background as a CSR or DSR in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical business a plus!
  • Proficient in software applications “ServiceTitan” & “Quickbooks” knowledge a Plus!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent listener with ability to offer sound judgment
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Organized capable of managing multiple requests in fast paced environment
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills

  • High School diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
