Portfolio Assistant Community Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management and operations
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners and Board members and address their needs and concerns
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Handle tenant and owners inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform data entry tasks related to tenant/owner information and work orders
  • Maintain organized files and records related to property management
  • Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and owners
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual English – Spanish required
