Responsibilities & Duties (include but are not limited to)
- Assist with project management activity for ground-up and large-scale renovation commercial projects, including Hospitality projects.
- Help create and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Work closely with Estimating/Procurement team on scope and buyout
- Coordinate trades activity in unison with project team.
- Support all documentation needs (progress reports, RFIs, PO’s + more).
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all entities.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Seek out opportunities, training or otherwise, to enhance skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
- OSHA30 and CPR Certification (or take class upon being hired).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Solid professional references.
