We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic individual to join us! The Project Coordinator is an integral part of the construction team. This position reports to the Project Manager. Responsibilities & Duties (include but are not limited to)

  • Assist with project management activity for ground-up and large-scale renovation commercial projects, including Hospitality projects.
  • Help create and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Work closely with Estimating/Procurement team on scope and buyout
  • Coordinate trades activity in unison with project team.
  • Support all documentation needs (progress reports, RFIs, PO’s + more).
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all entities.
  • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
  • Seek out opportunities, training or otherwise, to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • OSHA30 and CPR Certification (or take class upon being hired).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Solid professional references.
