The position of Assistant Project Manager contributes to the overall success of the Operations Team through effective leadership while managing relationships with project stakeholders, developing, and exceeding benchmarks for success.
Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Safety and quality control management
- Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
- Change order management
- Managing critical subcontractors
- Manage Project Engineers
- Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Ability to establish relationships and lead people
- Specific roles may require relocation
Requirements:
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
- Proven record of being a self-starter and able to work under limited supervision
- Ability to collaborate and work well with Team members while managing stressful situations in quickly changing environments
- Proficiency with all Microsoft’s suite of products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, Teams, and Outlook), Bluebeam Revu, and Procore
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of professionals
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as prioritize assignments from multiple individuals or projects. Supports a highly organized work environment
