We’re currently hiring for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the general maintenance of the company and help provide an environment that makes living in our facilities and Group Homes feel like home to our residents. We are looking for a hands-on person who enjoys leading and motivating people.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance budget.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
- Manage and train any on-duty maintenance employees.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Salary: $38K-$43K/year
